My Town Tutors is making a huge commitment for the 2014 2015 school year to be the #1 tutoring resource for parents and teachers in America. Our motto is “Teachers are great tutors!” Parents love the fact that every teacher in our directory is a teacher!

My Town Tutors is the first NATIONAL website that ONLY lists teachers who tutor. It is designed by a teacher to make it easy for a parent to connect with a local teacher who tutors.
MyTownTutors has a listing of over 100,000 elementary, middle, junior, and high schools in America. It is truly an amazing list! Unfortunately, most private schools and charter schools are not currently listed in our database. This was a huge problem, because we know there are so many non-public school teachers who are great tutors. It was critical for MyTownTutors to be able to quickly and easily add a new school to our database.
During the past few months, My Town Tutors has been working with Divstrong Productions to make it easy for a technology challenged teacher (me) to add a school easily and effectively. With many hours of hard word, Jim Doyle at Divstrong Productions came through BIG!
Now, whenever we receive notification that a school needs to be listed, the school can be added in about 2 minutes. It should take us less than 24 hours to have a school active in our daatabase. This will allow more teachers the opportunity to connect with parents.
Your feedback has lead us to the creation of the “add a school feature.” We have one more piece in place to improve our ability to connect parents with teachers who tutor. We appreciate and VALUE your feedback. We will continue to look to you in the future for advice on how we can reach our goal of becoming the best tutoring resource for both parents and teachers.
We need teachers for all subject areas and grade levels. We need tutors in every state.
Any teacher can register for ONE full year for only $12. There are no other fees for our service. Teachers keep 100% of the tutoring fees.
We started in Massachusetts and are now expanding into all 50 states. If we do not have a tutor in your area, please contact us and we will actively recruit a teacher for your needs.
