My Town Tutors is a website that connects parents with teachers who tutor. If you are a teacher who tutors, consider registering with us. Teachers set the hourly rate and keep 100% of the fees! One of our teachers made $5,000 last year tutoring.
It is FREE for parents to search for a teacher in their area. Please help us find ONE MORE teacher who tutors!
On Monday, July 8th, the Winslow House will be welcoming best-selling author Tom Reiss. He will be discussing his book “The Black Count: Glory, Revolution, Betrayal, and the Real Count of Monte Cristo” for which he was recently awarded the Pulitzer Prize. This event will mark the first time the Winslow House has ever hosted a lecture by a Pulitzer Prize winner! Mr. Reiss’ presentation and discussion will cover the remarkable true story of forgotten hero General Alex Dumas who inspired his son, the novelist Alexandre, to create his literary heroes. Tickets for this event are $7 ($5 for Winslow House members) and can be purchased on our website, www.winslowhouse.org. Reservations are requested.
