My Town Tutors is the nation’s 1st National Directory of teachers who tutor. Our goal in 2014 is to expand our network of local teachers who tutor to 1,000 teachers! In 2013 we had over 150,000 visitors to our site from all 50 states.

The goal with Social Media is to make quality connections that can help spread your message. Our message is “Teachers are Great Tutors!” Our goal is to connect with parents, teachers, and educational groups.
We currently have a few twitter accounts that are focused on a specific area. One account is @mytowntutorsNY. This account is using the Top Tips for Social Media Success in our quest to connect with 1,000 followers in 100 days. We are at the halfway mark, 50 days and we have OVER 500 followers.
