Results of the 28th Annual Statewide High School Mock Trial Competition

The Massachusetts Bar Association’s High School Mock Trial Program is pleased to announce that on Wednesday, March 20 at 10:00 a.m, the two teams vying for the state championship will be:

Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public High School vs. The Winsor School

This trial will take place in the historic Great Hall in Faneuil Hall.  Faneuil Hall was constructed in 1742 as an open market and a meeting space for the town government. The large meeting room on the second floor – the Great Hall – became Boston’s official town hall. There, in public session, Bostonians debated issues, elected town officials, voted local taxes and spent town monies. It was in Faneuil Hall that the first rumblings of the American Revolution were felt. The Great Hall now will be host to the final two teams in the 2013 Mock Trial Competition.
For information regarding the Mock Trial Program and the Finals, please contact Mock Trial Central at (617) 338-0570 or via email at [e-mail mocktrial].
The Mock Trial Program is administered by the MBA, and made possible by the international law firm of Brown Rudnick through its Center for the Public Interest in Boston, which has contributed $25,000 per year to the program since 1998.
